FAQ
When will I receive my snail mail?
Sign ups close on the 10th of every month and ship out on the 11th. If you sign up on the 11th or later, you will receive next month's mail.
For example: if you subscribe any time from March 11th - April 10th, you will receive April's Snail Mail. If you sign up on April 11th, you will receive May's Snail Mail.
How can I track my order?
Orders are mailed in an envelope with letter postage and therefore does not include tracking. Expect around a week for your order to arrive.
How does the subscription work?
You will be automatically charged every month on the same day you placed the order initially. You can cancel anytime.
Can I buy old editions of snail mail?
If you missed a previous month, but want to receive those pieces, check the Shop page. Any leftover stock will be listed there as a one-off purchase!
